This is to serve as documentation of our discussion earlier today. As I indicated to you during our telephone conversation, your employment with Goon Investigations has been terminated for substandard performance during your probationary period (effective today 10/14/02). Your performance issues revolve around communications deficiencies with coworkers to include submission of an inaccurate and nonfactual reports. The most specific issue was the case you worked on Friday Oct 11, 2002 in which you failed to commence surveillance at the designated time indicated on the job order form, and you left early. However, your report inaccurately reflected that you were present and conducting surveillance service as scheduled (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM). Arriving over an hour late and departing 20 minutes early is unacceptable and substandard performance.
